On your adventure across Palpagos, you\u2019re likely to find some Schematics that you find in a chest or purchase from a Merchant. If you\u2019re wondering how these Schematics work or how to use them, don\u2019t worry, we\u2019ve got you covered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is a Schematic in Palworld<\/em>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Schematics show up in your inventory as a blue, partially opened scroll<\/strong>. They each allow you to craft a specific item, such as stronger weapons or armor. Some of these Schematics come with a 1 or 2 after the name and these indicate the level of rarity<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For example, the Crossbow 2 is a much more powerful version of the Crossbow that is unlocked through the Technology ladder and the background of the inventory image will be purple to reflect this. You could get lucky and find a Schematic for a weapon that you\u2019ve not unlocked yet<\/strong>, so it\u2019s worth searching them out. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Schematics can sometimes be found in chests<\/a> scattered across the islands of Palpagos. Most often, they\u2019re found in chests which require a key to open. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also purchase select Schematics from a Merchant<\/strong>. They offer the following Schematics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of these Schematics offer a piece of head armor early into the game, so it\u2019s worth getting one of them. They all offer the same 200 point boost<\/strong>, so there\u2019s no need to buy and craft all of them (like I did).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once you\u2019ve found or purchased a Schematic in Palworld, you\u2019ll want to head straight to your crafting bench. You must have the Schematic in your inventory in order to craft it<\/strong> as this particular recipe does not pull information from your scattered base storage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019ve got it in your inventory, you can craft it just as you do any other recipe. You don\u2019t lose the Schematic once you\u2019ve crafted the item<\/strong>, so you\u2019ll need to either store it if you plan to use it again in future, or source a Merchant to sell it to them. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
