They include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Hyde (one of the <em>Under Night <\/em>characters who appeared in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.destructoid.com\/blazblue-cross-tag-battle-special-edition-windows-pc-xbox-april-26\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle<\/a>)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Waldstein<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carmine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gordeau<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Merkava<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vatista<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yuzuriha<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hilda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chaos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nanase<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Byakuya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phonon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wagner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enkidu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Londrekia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tsurugi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaguya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eltnum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Akatsuki<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The last character Kuon can be unlocked immediately by getting the season pass. You&#8217;ll likely have to get this antagonist through the story mode or purchasable DLC, otherwise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-who-are-the-new-characters-of-under-night-in-birth-2\">Who are the new characters of <em>Under Night In-Birth 2<\/em>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are three new fighters in <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.destructoid.com\/all-the-fighting-game-news-from-evo-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Under Night In-Birth 2<\/a><\/em>. They include Kaguya, Tsurugi, and Kuon. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kaguya is a 172cm commanding officer from Licht Kreis. Her best friend Orie is in Japan, so Kaguya heads there in the sequel. Arc System Works explains on the game&#8217;s official website that she has &#8220;exceptional combat prowess,&#8221; so you may want to watch out for her. She has dual pistols called Garibaldis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tsurugi is Hyde&#8217;s friend from school and is a member of the vigilante group the EFG. His mission is to defend fellow students from wielders. Now, he&#8217;s going against the Re-Birth in the sequel to help save the world. His main weapon is the Bulwark, a shield-like object attached to his arm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuon is not even on the official website&#8217;s character list, but he will be playable in the game for the first time. He&#8217;s the older brother of Linne. He is a Re-Birth, beings that are dangerous to humanity.
